New land releases for the Wheatbelt

New light industrial and residential land lots have been released in six Wheatbelt shires through LandCorp’s Regional Development Assistance Program (RDAP).

RDAP aims to help towns attract new residents and business opportunities.

The new land releases are part of 152 lots that are currently available in Bencubbin, Dalwallinu, Lake Grace, Hyden, Dowerin and Dalwallinu.

Bencubbin, Dalwallinu and Lake Grace have had light industrial land lots released, while Lake Grace, Hyden, Dowerin and Dalwallinu have had residential land released.

It is expected within the next few weeks another wave of residential releases will be announced, with 36 lots across Badgingarra, Bolgart, Wundowie and Moora and 6 light industrial lots in Hyden.

An additional 20 more lots will also be released in Cunderdin, Rocky Gully and Wagin by the end of the year.In the past five years alone more than 140 residential and light industrial lots have been sold in the Wheatbelt.
